This team truly cares for their patients and families. They visit their patients more than other hospices that I have noticed. Very positive experience and would recommend!!

In my personal experience, they are the platinum level when it comes to hospice care. They visit families and patients the most per week out of any other hospice company, and their staff ratios to patients are very small for that exact reason. They have specialized programs that are disease specific to assist and provide comfort for patients. They also have their foundation, which is another incredible piece of the puzzle to allow somebody to be able to go to a Twins game one more time or even to help assist pay a utility bill or something that any of patient could need. I cannot say enough amazing things about not only the Moments philosophy, but the moment staff are top-notch and give every patient the best possible care and compassion and dignity wherever they call home, even if Home is in a skilled nursing facility, assisted living memory care or group home.
