Hospice and Palliative Care in Miami, FL

I have had the distinct privilege of collaborating with an exceptional nurse, Carla. Over the past two years, her presence in our facility has been invaluable in supporting residents and their families during their final days of transition. She consistently demonstrates empathy, care, love, and unwavering support.

Although it has only been a few weeks since my father began care through Moments Hospice, we are already very impressed with the staff and the care received. Balancing professionalism, efficiency and kindness all in the same breath is no easy task. His nurse, Carla Nuñez is amazing. Her skill and compassion is remarkable and consistent. I am beyond grateful. On behalf of all of us, thank you!

My mother was under your hospice care at Plaza ALF. Prior to my mom becoming a hospice patient, Nurse Carla was always wonderful she knew every resident and every staff member at the facility, even those who were not on hospice services. During the final days of my mother’s life, Carla went above and beyond in ways I will never forget. While I was out of town, she left her home in the middle of the night to personally check on my mother, ensuring she was comfortable and cared for.
I truly cannot put into words the qualities Carla possesses, not only as an exceptional nurse, but as a compassionate human being. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients and families, and her dedication, kindness, and selflessness made an incredibly difficult time more bearable. We will forever be grateful for her care and compassion.

Moments Hospice has been a godsend for us, and for that we are eternally grateful. They have not only given our grandfather excellent care, but they have also been there for us when we needed them. Our grandfather's mood and activity level have greatly improved since he began participating in the music therapy programme, so we know it's having a positive effect. Unfortunately, Moments Hospital is not one we would recommend.

I'm so glad you have Carla the nurse working for you. She's an amazing young lady that cares about people. And that's hard finding that in Key West. I don't know how long she has worked for you but she is a keeper. I'm stage 4 lung cancer and she goes above and beyond in my opinion. I thought you should know because good people are not easy to find in Key West. She has a wonderful caring manner about her and I'm most humble and grateful that I found her. So 5 star review for carla.
