Our family will be forever grateful for the care and compassion Moments Hospice provided to our dad in his final months. We especially want to thank Nurse Jen, Social Worker Emily, and Aide Megan for their exceptional kindness, humor, and support.

Dad truly looked forward to their visits—they understood his wit, met him with compassion, and helped him open up in ways he couldn’t with us. Their presence brought him peace and helped him feel at ease with the dying process.

They also cared deeply for our family, keeping us informed, offering helpful suggestions, and guiding us gently through what was to come. Because of them, Dad’s final days were filled with dignity, laughter, and love. We will always be thankful to Moments Hospice and this incredible team for the comfort they gave all of us.

In all honesty, Moment Hospice provided my mother with the best care she had ever experienced. The personnel went above and above to ensure she received high-quality treatment, and they were truly amazing. To help me determine what would be best for her, they walked me through the entire hospice process. I will always be appreciative of their assistance!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Moment Hospice, where my mother was a patient! The staff was considerate and took the time to ensure she received excellent care. In order for me to make the best decisions for her, they also made sure I was aware of all of her alternatives. I'm so grateful that they made me feel so at ease throughout the entire examination.

In terms of nurse care, Moment Hospice is truly the greatest. Every nurse is a complete doll; they always take the time to listen to your concerns and make sure you're okay.

I had firsthand experience with the care provided by them for my mother. The staff displayed tremendous empathy and provided thorough guidance along the way. They were well-versed in hospice, and gave our family invaluable advice to choose what was right for her. We can't thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave us during that difficult time.

The only hospice that cares in the fox valley and surrounding areas

My mom was being cared for by Moments Hospice since May/June of this year until her recent passing. Their staff and variety of specialties was amazing... They had a music therapist who was so comforting and fun she made my mom laugh and smile and tap her foot even though she was in a bad way. Their massage therapist made my mom comfortable and helped her rehab her dislocated shoulder so she could relax and enjoy her days. The CNAs, nurses, chaplain, and social workers were all so caring and wonderful... I had previously went through another local Hospice provider... I am SO GLAD we switched!

I can not say enough about an amazing job of providing support and comfort to my mom in her final days. I could not have asked for a better experience for a difficult situation. I worked with another agency before Moments and the service was not good. What a difference when Moments took over. Everything they told me they would do, they did, and were great with communication. Amazing organization with amazing staff. I can’t thank them enough and so happy they were there for my mom in her final time.
